Den Helder to host 2021 European Maritime Day.

Every year up to one thousand European maritime professionals from both the public sector and the corporate world flock to a hosting port city to discuss the latest news in maritime development and shape future action. The 2021 edition will take place in Den Helder.

The theme for the 2021 edition will be decided by the province and the municipal in collaboration with the European committee and the ministry of infrastructure and environment. Deputy Cees Loggen: “the province Noord-Holland would like to pay attention to the changes necessary for the harbours to better satisfy the needs of the vast growing number of vessels using the sea”.
