Passenger Terminal Amsterdam is a joint venture between the Municipal Port Authority of Amsterdam, which is responsible for the maritime operation, and NS Stations, which is responsible for managing and marketing the terminal. The management and organization of the terminal is undertaken by a compact, dedicated team within which short lines of communication and customer-orientation take centre stage. Since Passenger Terminal Amsterdam has become operational, the attraction of Amsterdam for cruise ships has greatly increased. This applies to both the passengers and the cruise operators.
